Terms of service.
Effective July 9, 2026
These general terms govern use of riselyte.com. Paid client work is also governed by a written proposal or service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may change. Pricing and scope shown online are starting terms; a proposal confirms the exact deliverables, schedule, payment terms, and responsibilities for a specific engagement.
Website Blueprint and build
The standard website project begins with a paid Website Blueprint. The Blueprint is a standalone deliverable and is credited toward the full build when the client continues with Riselyte under the timing stated in the proposal. Build payments follow the approval milestones stated in the signed agreement.
Monthly improvement service
The standard managed program includes 30 days of launch care followed by a three-month initial improvement cycle. It becomes month-to-month afterward with the notice requirements stated in the signed agreement. Before each monthly cycle, the client selects one defined improvement from the priorities presented by Riselyte. Monthly capacity does not roll over.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, appropriate access, and permission to use submitted photos, reviews, trademarks, testimonials, and other content. Timelines may change when materials, approvals, or access are delayed.
Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their domain, business information, client-provided content, photos, accounts, and submission data. After the website build is paid in full, the client owns the finished website code and project-specific copy created for that engagement. Riselyte retains pre-existing know-how, reusable components, internal processes, and general production systems. Third-party software, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain governed by their own licenses.
Paid search and social media services
Paid search and social media work is governed by the scope in the signed proposal. Clients retain ownership of their advertising and social accounts, billing, data, and approved content. Advertising media spend is paid directly by the client to the platform unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise. Clients are responsible for factual accuracy, permissions, releases, and timely approval of submitted content and campaign information.
Third-party services
Hosting, analytics, forms, domains, integrations, and other tools may depend on third-party providers. Client-owned paid tools, advertising, software, messaging fees, and premium services are not included unless a proposal expressly says so.
No performance guarantee
Riselyte does not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, calls, leads, sales, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility certification, or uninterrupted third-party service. Website work is designed to improve clarity, credibility, usability, measurement, and the inquiry path, but business results depend on many factors outside Riselyte's control.
Portfolio use
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Riselyte may identify completed public work in its portfolio after launch. Confidential information and unpublished client materials will not be intentionally disclosed. Clients may request reasonable limits in writing before launch.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or sensitive credential information. Automated abuse, attempts to disrupt the site, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riselyte is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or third-party services. Any limits applying to paid client work are set out in the signed agreement.
