Privacy policy.
Effective July 9, 2026
This policy explains how Riselyte collects and uses information through riselyte.com. If you have questions or want information removed, email [email protected].
Information you provide
When you request a free consultation, quote, project response, or Community Website Project review, Riselyte may collect your name, email, organization name, website address, phone number, location, organization type, role, goals, mission, website needs, and the contents of your message.
Website and analytics information
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect limited information about pages viewed, device and browser type, general location, referral source, and interactions such as button clicks or successful form submissions. Analytics storage remains disabled unless you accept it through the consent notice.
How information is used
- Review a submitted website, project inquiry, or community application and respond to your request.
- Prepare proposals or provide requested services.
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve this website.
- Maintain business records and prevent abuse or spam.
Service providers
Riselyte uses Cloudflare to host and deliver the website, Web3Forms to process and forward contact-form submissions, Google Workspace for business email, and Google Analytics when a visitor accepts analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Client advertising and social accounts
When a client hires Riselyte for paid search or social media services, campaign, account, lead, and content information may also be processed through client-owned Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, call-tracking, or reporting accounts. Access, permissions, and processing for active client work are defined by the service agreement and the settings of each client-owned account.
Sharing and selling
Riselyte does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website and respond to requests, or when required by law.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by email, subject to records Riselyte must retain.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, email, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through the public form.
Your choices
You can decline analytics through the consent notice, use browser controls to clear stored consent preferences, and request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting Riselyte.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the website or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
