Services

Riselyte provides website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services to local businesses. Specific services and pricing are detailed in individual client agreements.

Website Design

Website design and build is included as part of your monthly service plan. A one-time onboarding fee applies at signup to cover strategy, setup, and the custom build. Website designs remain the intellectual property of Riselyte until the plan has been active for 12 consecutive months, at which point full ownership transfers to you.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month. Plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, we will assist with transitioning your website and content to a new provider.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, branding, photos, and copy that you provide. We retain ownership of custom code, designs, and templates until the ownership transfer period described above.

Limitation of Liability

Riselyte's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
